Nobody likes having to do other people’s jobs for them—especially when it’s the federal government shirking its duty to enforce its own climate laws, leaving ordinary people to step up to the plate. Yet that’s where we find ourselves in Saskatchewan today: civil society groups, local residents, and even children are in court to make sure their province follows federal law.
