St. John’s-based Fermeuse Energy Ltd. unveiled plans for a new $15-billion liquefied natural gas (LNG) project off the coast of Newfoundland, and the company’s CEO said the announcement would never have happened without policy changes introduced by Prime Minister Mark Carney.
